Warehouse: Our warehouse is in Shenzhen, China, except for the vapes clearly shown to be delivered in European Warehouse
Processing Time: We need 1–3 business days to prepare your order before handing it over to the shipper. After that, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.
Customs Clearance: The parcel is shipped to your shipping address. We are responsible for clearing customs. We are 100% confident that the clearance will be successful. If the customs clearance fails, we will provide double compensation. We do not accept refund requests just because it is waiting for customs.
No Refunds After Shipping: Once your package has been shipped, we do not offer any refunds!
Change of Mind: If you feel our delivery time is too long or if you change your mind, please contact us within 6 hours of ordering — we’ll process your refund promptly. However, we do not accept refunds once we ship out the parcel
Delivery Failure: We do not offer refunds for failed deliveries due to an incorrect shipping address or if the recipient is unavailable and the parcel is returned.
No Guaranteed Specific Delivery Time: We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping times may vary due to customs or local carrier delays.
